WINDER – Mary Nell Harris, 72, died Sunday, May 6, 2012.
Born in Winder, she was the daughter of the late James H. and Sara Sorrells Beddingfield. She was retired from Superior Garment. Mrs. Harris was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Harris.
Survivors include a son, Jeff Harris, Winder; daughters, Mary Ann Peppers, Pam (David) Whisman and Denise (Terald) Givens, all of Winder; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Sue Casper, Winder.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 8, at 2 p.m. from Smith Memory Chapel with the Revs. Darrell Gilmore and Johnny Wright officiating. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, May 7, from 5 to 9 p.m.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, is in charge of arrangements.
