HULL - William "Buddy" Payne, 65, passed away Friday, April 13, 2012.
He was the son of the late J.D. and Doris Payne and was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Payne.
Survivors include one sister, Margaret Pierce, Colbert; and two nieces, Lynn Casper and Donna Harrison, both of Hull.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 22, at 3 p.m. with Dennis from Advantage Hospice officiating. The service will be held at the home of Margaret Pierce, 3163 Hardman-Morris Rd., Colbert, GA 30628.
Bridges Funeral Home, Athens, is charge of the arrangements.
