HOMER – Rebecca Michelle Hughes, 39, died Thursday, March 29, 2012, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

Born in Stephens County, she was the daughter of Debbie May Chastain (David) Jones of Homer and John Michael Ferguson of Rabun County.

Survivors in addition to her parents include her fiancé, Randy Hughes, Homer; and children, Kelsey Hughes, Jacob Hughes and Jonathan Warwick, all of Homer.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 3, at 4 p.m., from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with the Revs. Brian Smith and Travis Clark officiating. Burial will be in the Bethany Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, April 2, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
