Very sorry for the passing of Coach Brownlee. Just wanted you to know this man influnced my life in high school as my coach and as a mentor and great human being. I too joined the Marine Corps because of some of the things he tought me as well as the rest of the students. At times I feared him...latter learned what a great person he was and truley cared. Thank you for letting us share him with you and your family. Semper Fi Coach!

I met Joe at St Lukes Catholic Church Middleburg, FL. He was responsible for getting me to join K of C. He was great influence to me. I remember we swapped CB radios, and we used to sit in our driveways (we lived 10 miles apart) and talk to each other.
