HULL - Ray L. Pearson, 79, died Monday, March 12, 2012 at his residence.
A native of Franklin County, he was the son of the late Coley and Maybell Bradley Pearson. He was retired from the University of Georgia Dairy, was a member of Hull Baptist Church, and served his country in the Army National Guard.
Survivors include his wife, Jo Neal Pearson; daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Ray Gabriel; grandchildren, Frances Doster, and Mary (Micah) Brewer; and great-grandchildren, Cole Gabriel and Dylan Doster.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 15, at 2 p.m. at Lord & Stephens Danielsville Chapel with the Rev. Randy Crowe officiating. Burial will follow at New Franklin Christian Church. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, at the funeral home.
Flowers will be accepted.
