COLBERT - Patricia Browning Parham, 54, passed away following a period of declining health.
She was born on October 15, 1957, the daughter of Lilly Strickland Browning of Athens and the late Horace Browning. She worked in medical transport most recently with Your Cab. Mrs. Parham was preceded in death by ex-husbands, Lamar Bennett and John Parham.
Survivors in addition to her mother include her children, Byron Bennett and Erica Bennett; brothers, Sonny and Harriette Browning, Alton and CJ Browning, Darrell and Lorrie Browning, Anthony and Susan Browning, and Lawrence and Brenda Browning.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 13, from 7 until 9 p.m. Services will be held in the funeral home chapel Wednesday, March 14, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Chuck Tatum officiating. Interment will be in Moon's Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family has asked in lieu of flowers that memorial donations be made to TJ and Friends Foundation, c/o P.O. Box 6161, Elberton, GA 30635.
