COLBERT – Terrie Lynn Gerrin Sorrow Lawrence, 49, died Friday morning, February 24, 2012, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Born in Habersham County on November 15, 1962, she was the daughter of James Gerrin and Louise Chambers. She was employed by Hardees in Danielsville for 13 years.

Survivors include her sons, Joseph James Sorrow and Justin Wayne Sorrow; sisters, Ann Giles and Melissa Ballenger; three grandchildren; former husband and his wife who took care of her through her illness, Joe William Sorrow Jr. and Teresa Sorrow; nephews, Doug Giles, Wade Giles and Josh Wade; and a niece, Amanda Ballenger.

Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held Monday, February 27, at 1 p.m. in the Bible Baptist Church of Danielsville with the Rev. Robert Garrett officiating.
