WINTERVILLE - Trilla Mae Magnus, 85, wife of the late Jack Magnus, died Sunday, February 19, 2012.
Born in Calhoun Falls, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Beulah Elizabeth Barnett. In addition to her husband and mother, Trilla was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Rita Carol Davidson. She was a member of Sonlight Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
Survivors include children: Sheila and John Harlow, Snellville, Mark and Donna Magnus, Winterville, Kenneth and Nell Magnus, Maxeys; eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 21, at 2 p.m. at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, East Chapel, with Doug Butts officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. Grandsons will be pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Monday, February 20, at the funeral home.
