COMMERCE – Edna Nell Tucker Johnson, 89, has died.
She was the daughter of the late James R. and Eula Westbrook Tucker. She was retired from Sears. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eugene Johnson Sr.
Survivors include a son, Robert E. Johnson Jr., Gainesville; daughter, Cheryl Johnson Davis, Blue Ridge; sisters, Eloise Tucker, and Sybil (Carl) Simpkins, all of Commerce; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 3, at 11 a.m., from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Carlton Allen officiating. Burial will be in the Jackson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday morning from 10 until the funeral hour.
Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
