Tommy Dale

Tommy Junior Dale, 65, of Maysville, died Monday, May 19, 2008, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

Born in Hall County, he was the son of the late Tom and Bernice Greenway Dale. He worked 36 years at Milliken, New Holland Plant and was an active member of Unity Christian Church in Maysville. He loved fishing, Nascar Racing, football and writing poetry. His favorite thing was racing grandsons to the mail box and back, loved ones stated.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Dale, Maysville; a son, Steve Dale, Commerce; daughters, Cynthia Bradburn, Flowery Branch, Crystal Hughes, Jefferson; brother, Bobby B. Dale, Maysville; sister, Lethia Pethel, Gainesville; grandchildren, Parker, Clayton and Abigail Hughes, Avery, Thomas, Anna and Jonathan Dale, Isaiah Stephenson, Dawson and Kaylah Paige Bradburn; and a special little friend, Isabella Smith.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 21, at the Unity Christian Church in Maysville with the Rev. Mike Thompson officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
