Delores Hanley (12-22-11)

WATKINSVILLE – Delores B. Hanley, 53, died Thursday, December 22, 2011, at the Athens Regional Medical Center.

Born in Clarke County, she was the daughter of Vera Mae Tittle Bradshaw of Madison County and the late Grady Bradshaw. Mrs. Hanley was preceded in death by grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rusher Bradshaw.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, Pat Hanley, Watkinsville; sons, Billy Joe Hanley, Watkinsville, and Michael Hanley, Athens; sisters, Patsy Hudson, Madison County, and Lola Mae Hansford, Watkinsville; grandchildren, Madison Hanley, Allison Hanley and Jackson Fini; and nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 27, at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home in Danielsville with the Revs. Tim Boswell and Curtis Hammond officiating. Burial will be in the Colbert City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, December 26, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Ivie Funeral Home, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.
