Dean Bragg (12-17-11)

STATHAM – Dean Bragg, 56, died Saturday, December 17, 2011.

Born in Clarke County, he was the son of the late Stanley C. and Jonny Steed Bragg. He was a member of the Statham First Baptist Church. He served in the United States Navy.

Survivors include fiancé, Julee Peacock, Statham; son, Grant Nunnally, Arcade; brother, Dennis (Teresa) Bragg, Birmingham, Ala.; and a sister, Debbie (John) Rogge, Exton, Pa.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 21, at 1 p.m. at Barrow Memorial Gardens with the Rev. R.C. Parten officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 11 to 1 p.m. prior to the graveside service.

Smith Funeral Home, Winder, is in charge of arrangements.
