James Daniel Fouche, Jr. (12-6-11)

HULL - James Daniel Fouche Jr., 56, died Tuesday, December 6, 2011.

Born in Athens, he was the son of Evelyn Clark Fouche of Pocataligo and the late James Daniel Fouche, Sr. He had worked for the University of Georgia for nine years and had also worked for the Atlanta Union Mission.

Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, LeAnne Anthony Fouche; four siblings and their spouses, Kay and Herman Dawson, Comer, Libby and Arlen Johnson, Sr., Pocataligo, Tony and Joan Fouche, Moon's Grove Community, and Lisa and John Brennan, Bogart; mother-in-law, Doris Ann Anthony, Hull; several nieces and nephews; and a great-niece; and great-nephews.

Funeral services were held Saturday, December 10, from Lord & Stephens Danielsville Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Wester officiating. Burial was at Providence Baptist Church. Pallbearers were Jason Fouche, Randy Smith, Jerel Dawson, Russ Adams, Lee Adams and Tony Jordan.
