Renee' DeLaPerriere Clark was born March 31, 1959 in Athens, and died Saturday, December 3, 2011.
Renee' grew up in Hoschton and graduated with honors at the age of 16 from Gainesville High School. She attended Brenau and Gainesville College. After college, she was employed by the Internal Revenue Service, where she worked for several years. Researching family history, raising and breeding Golden Retrievers, and riding horses were some of her favorite interests.
Survivors include a son, Jacob Clark, Winder; two brothers, Dwight and Herman DeLaPerriere, Hoschton; and one sister, Dorothy Anne DeLaPerriere, Hoschton; two nieces; two nephews; and several cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. and a memorial service at 7 p.m. will be held in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home, Gainesville, on Saturday, December 10.
Memorial Park Funeral Home, Gainesville, is in charge of arrangements.

Renee was a special women. I shared my life with her for many years and all I can remember was the special women that she was. I loved her very much. She will always be in my heart.
