Jack Edwards (12-1-11)

GRAYSON - Jack Bruce Edwards, 48, died Thursday, December 1, 2011 at his residence.

Born in Gwinnett County he was the son of Madie Plunkett Edwards of Sugar Hill and the late James Edwards. He was employed as a carpenter.

Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Stella Marie Morton Edwards, Grayson; sons, Brandon Edwards, Monroe, James Edwards and Jack Edwards, both of Grayson; daughter, Heather Edwards, Grayson; brother, Bud Edwards, Monroe; and sisters, Janie Langley and Edith Edwards, both of Buford, Martha Knox, Auburn, Jill Davis and Margie Shaw, both of Sugar Hill.

Funeral services were held Sunday, December 4 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Revs. Jeff Appling and Swayne Carlan officiating. Interment was in Solid Rock Baptist Church Cemetery.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
