FLOWERY BRANCH - Barbara Ruth Reed, 59, died Thursday, November 24, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.
She was the daughter of Betty Young of Flowery Branch and the late Robert Lee Wofford. She was employed as a beautician at Cinderella Beauty Shop and was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors in addition to her mother include sisters and brothers-in-law, Donna and Mark Stonkus, Flowery Branch, and Joyce and Jack Orr, Oakwood; nephews, Raymond Stonkus and Shane Orr; and nieces, Brandy Pollock, Andrea Orr, and McKenzie Denard.
Funeral services were held Monday, November 28, from the chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment at Flowery Branch City Cemetery. The Rev. Marshall Garmon officiated.
