COMMERCE - Agnes Wofford Tolbert, 87, died Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Quiet Oaks Health Care Center.
She was born in Homer the daughter of the late, James David and Laura Vesta Haggard Wofford. She was a homemaker and was a member of Blacks Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Tolbert was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Lee Tolbert.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Robin and David Hawkins, Colbert; grandson, Joshua Hawkins, Atlanta; brother, Jesse Wofford, McDonough; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Monday, November 28, at 11 a.m. from the Blacks Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Carpenter officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Blacks Creek Baptist Church, 3754 Blacks Creek Church Rd., Commerce, GA 30529.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
