JEFFERSON - Mozelle Doster Gaddis, 87, died Saturday, November 19, 2011.
Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late James J. and Dessie Blackburn Doster. She was retired from farming and textile work, and for years, made homemade biscuits and fried pies for many people. Mrs. Gaddis was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Gaddis; sisters, Mary, Gladys, Fannie; and brothers, Lude, Charlie, Sam and Henry.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 21, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with the Rev. Roger Hardy officiating. The burial will be in the Jackson Memorial Park.
Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, is in charge of arrangements.
