COLBERT - Betty L. Burroughs, 76, died Saturday, November 5, 2011.

A native of Danielsville, she was the daughter of Carlton and Izora Culbertson Echols.

Survivors include her husband of almost 60 years, Jack Burroughs; two children, Pete (Bridget Paul) Burroughs, Crawford, and Beth (Darrell) Wages, Colbert; a sister, Hilda Moon, Conyers; four grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.

No services are scheduled at this time.

Lord & Stephens, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.
