PENDERGRASS – James H. Holland, 34, died Monday, October 17, 2011.
Born July 22, 1977, he was a native of Jackson County and was the son of Joe Holland and the late Sharon Holland. Mr. Holland was preceded in death by a daughter, Chasity Holland.
Survivors in addition to his father include his wife, Rachel Hicks Holland; daughter, Chelsea Holland; stepson, Ben Hicks and wife, Lara Hicks; sisters, Becky Holland and Betty “JoJo” Gearin; brother-in-law, Clifford Gearin; sister and brother-in-law, Gale and Harold Gibbs; brother, Joseph “Bubba” Holland; sister, Kimberly Holland; and many nieces and nephews.
He was laid to rest at the Pendergrass Baptist Church with the Rev. Cotton Harris officiating. James’ will be truly missed and always loved.

Memorial Park Funeral Home, Gainesville, was in charge of arrangements.
