STATHAM – Henry Leroy Eaton, 70, died Friday, October 14, 2011.
A native of Pelzer, S.C., he was the son of the late Joseph and Estelle Eaton. Mr. Eaton was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie; brother, Charles Eaton; half-brothers, Howard Eaton and Kenneth Eaton; and half-sister, Beatrice Laney.
Survivors include children, Joseph Henry Eaton, Statham, and Tammy Lynn Eaton, Jacksonville, Fla.; brothers, Wayne Eaton and Marvin Eaton, both of Covington, Johnny Eaton, Atlanta; sisters, Lila Wilson, Statham, Doris Almond, Winder, Irene McTagert, Sandy Springs, Janice Eaton and Josephine Fernandez, both of Pelzer, S.C.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, October 18, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
