MARSHALL, N.C. - John Lee Harrison, 67, died Thursday, August 25, 2011 in Ashville, N.C.

Mr. Harrison was a retired race car fabricator.

Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 4 at Grove Level Chantry in Maysville with the Revs. Phillip Martin and John Wood officiating.

I am writting in reguards to a most precious person, and dear friend: Mr. John Harrison, I am heart~Broken about this loss, John was a wonderful man whom I will always remember as a man of humor,intellegence,& always ready to help anyone! I don't know what else to say but may he RIP, and may God our Lord & Savior wrap his arms around his family and help them know that loosing John,even as bad as it is...He is in a better place.I will truly miss you,John you were like my best friend! I Loved you from the start you taught me a lot about a lot of different things, and how to look @ things from a different angle,I am just going to say:I will miss you very,very much,YOU were truly a friend to me,God Bless your soul and we will see eachother one day on the other side friend. With Warm,&Caring thought's.
