Virginia Dunn (8-25-11)

JEFFERSON - Virginia Bailey Dunn peacefully passed away Thursday, August 25, 2011, on her 54th wedding anniversary. She was surrounded by family and loved ones at her residence.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Dalton and Ann Bailey.

Survivors include her loving husband, Robert Dunn; a son, Chris (Susan) Dunn; daughter, Jennifer Dunn (Tom King); brother, George (Pat) Bailey; grandsons, Jacob, Samuel, Matthew; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Services will be held in the chapel at McCalla Funeral Home, McCalla, Ala. Memorial services will be on Monday, August 29, at 11 a.m. in the chapel, followed by a graveside service at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Bessemer, Ala.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made in memory of Virginia Dunn to Compassionate Hospice of North Georgia, 1435 Haw Creek Circle, Suite 402, Cumming, GA 30041, (678) 717-0969.

McCalla Funeral Home, McCalla, Ala. is in charge of arrangements.

Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, is in charge of local arrangements.
