FLOWERY BRANCH - Raymond Karl Tufts, 56, died Monday, August 15, 2011 at his residence.

He was the son of Doris Faye Tufts of Flowery Branch and the late Richard Gene Tufts.

Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Barbara Tufts, Flowery Branch; son Christopher Gene Tufts, Flowery Branch; daughter and son-in-law, Kelli Faye and Johnlee Altman, Flowery Branch; grandson, Carter Lee Altman, Flowery Branch; and brothers, Donald Gene Tufts, Cordele, and Michael Lee Tufts, Flowery Branch.

Memorial Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 20, from the chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with the Rev. Peggy Wages officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Memorial Park South Funeral Home, Flowery Branch, is in charge of arrangements.
