COMMERCE – Vinnie J. McDonald, 95, died Friday, August 12, 2011.

Mrs. McDonald was preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. McDonald; and a son, Jerry McDonald.
Survivors include a son, E.J. McDonald, Commerce; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 15, at 11 a.m., from the Freedom Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Green officiating. Burial will be in Woodbine Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, August 14, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
