WINDER – Sean Michael Hart, 22, died Sunday, August 7, 2011.
Born in Atlanta, he was the son of David (Vicki) Hart of Winder and Kelly (Eddie) Stephens of Lilburn.
Survivors in addition to his parents include grandparents, Georgelle Fletcher, Tucker, Carl (Janie) Hart, Stone Mountain, Rebecca Raines, Bartlett, Tenn., John (Donna) Brannon, Winder, and Carolyn Lampl, Lebanon, Ohio; brothers, Daniel Hart and Jay Hart, both of Lawrenceville; and stepsisters, Monica Cox, Auburn, Ala., Amanda Freeman, Montgomery, Ala.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 12, at 11 a.m., from Barrow Memorial Gardens with Carl Hart officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cornelia de Lange Foundation, 302 W. Main St., #100, Avon, CT 06001.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, is in charge of arrangements.
