COMMERCE - Albert Swayne Gardiner, 80, died Monday, August 08, 2011 at Northridge Medical Center.
He was born in Banks County the son of the late Edward and Frellie Morris Gardiner. Mr. Gardiner was a self-employed engineer and was of the Baptist denomination.
Survivors include his wife, Juanita Ayers Gardiner, Commerce; daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Rob Beituni, Commerce; sister, Elizabeth Wilson, Athens; and grandchildren, Jessica and Saeed Beituni.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 10, at 3 p.m. from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Wilson officiating. Burial will be at Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday night, August 9, from 6 to 9 p.m.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
