CRAWFORD – Tracey Edward Rowland, 39, of Madison County, died Saturday, July 30, 2011.
Born in Royston, he was the son of Robert Lee Rowland of Colbert and the late Barbara Ann Sorrow Rowland. Mr. Rowland was preceded in death by a son, Tracey Edward Rowland II.
Survivors in addition to his father include daughters, Courtney Rowland and Samantha Rowland, both of Canon; brothers, Stacey Rowland, Baldwin, and Mickey Rowland, Colbert; a sister, Gail Rowland Hester, Maxeys; and grandchildren, Jaida and Alleiah Rowland.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 3, at 2 p.m., from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home in Danielsville with Pastor Janice Loggins officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Tuesday, August 2, from 7 to 9 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations on behalf of the service be made directly to Ivie Funeral Home, 42 Booger Hill Rd., Danielsville, GA 30633, or brought directly to the funeral home office.
Ivie Funeral Home, Madison County Chapel, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.
