DANIELSVILLE - Ruby Leigh Scogin, 61, died Monday, July 18, 2011.

Mrs. Scogin was a member of the Ebenzer Ballplay Baptist Church in Vonore, Tenn.

She was the daughter of the late Repard and Aldine Edwards. Mrs. Scogin was preceded in death by brothers, Thomas and Lynn Earl Edwards; and a daughter, Mary Louise Scogin.

Survivors include a daughter, Michelle (Robert) Bushey; son, Michael (Kimberley) Scogin; sister, Dee Davis; brother, Lee Edwards; and grandchildren, Adam Bushey, Brad Bushey, Tyler Bushey and Katilyn Scogin.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, July 21, at 1 p.m. at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville Chapel.

Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.
