MAYSVILLE – James William Funderburk, 59, died Friday, July 8, 2011, following an extended illness.
He was the son of Nina Lee Craig Funderburk, Maysville, and the late R.L. Funderburk. He was preceded in death by siblings, Nola Kathleen Gregory, Brenda Jean Bruce, Connie Sue Funderburk and Johnnie Lee Funderburk.
Survivors in addition to his mother include three sisters, Julie Ann Reed, Blackshear, Carol Sue Mensik, Maysville, and Nina Mae Funderburk, Maysville.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 11, at 12 noon, from the Pond Fork Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
