Ondia Dee Loggins Dodd, 75, of Gainesville, died Monday, August 11, 2008, at her residence, following an extended illness.
She was born in Lumpkin County, the daughter of the late Fred J. and Bertha Cook Loggins.
She was the mother of Patsy Howard, Gillsville, Marie Ramey, Maysville, Kathy Ledford, Oakwood, and Katie Crane, Gainesville; mother-in-law of Debris Brown, Gainesville, Jr. Bruce, Maysville, and Ray Diaz, Oakwood.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 14, at 2:30 p.m., in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial at the Mt. Zion Methodist Church cemetery in Alto. The Revs. Grady White, Kenneth Ledford and Fred Patton will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, August 12, from 7 to 9 p.m., and Wednesday, August 13, from 7 to 9 p.m.
Memorial Park Funeral Home, Gainesville, is in charge of arrangements.
