Joseph David Moon Sr., 38, of Comer, died Saturday, August 9, 2008.

He was the son of Charles Moon Sr. and Gladys Howard Moon and moved to Georgia in 1988 with his grandparents.
Survivors in addition to his parents, include children, Jameka and Joseph D. Moon Jr.; brother, Charles Moon Jr.; and grandparents, Irene and Hubert Howard.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 13, at 1 p.m., at New Bethlehem Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Jones Lexington Funeral Home, Lexington, is in charge of arrangements.
