Viola Boss (6/3/11)

BETHLEHEM - Viola Boss, 88, died Friday, June 3, 2011.

A native of Barrow County, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Annie Brown Partee. She was the widow of Mr. J. C. Boss and was a homemaker. Mrs. Boss was a member of Bethabra Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Sonny and Reba Boss; daughter and son-in-law, Ester and Kenneth England, all of Auburn; three grandchildren; siblings, Jean O’Kelley and John Partee, both of Bethlehem, and Lizzie Ruth Manus of Athens.

Funeral services were held Sunday, June 5, from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home, with the Revs. Lee Sass and. Le Gibson officiating. Burial was in Bethabra Baptist Church Cemetery.

Carter Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
