CARNESVILLE – Roy W. Poole, 86, died Saturday, April 23, 2011, at his residence.

Survivors include four sons, Michael Poole, Lula, Wayne, Perry and Terry Poole, all of Carnesville; daughter, Cynthia Webb, Carnesville; sisters, Jean Kay and Avis Lewallen, both of Carnesville; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 25, at 3 p.m., from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with the Revs. Swayne Carlan, Scott Smith and Bill Calhoun officiating. Burial will be in the Nails Creek Cemetery.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
