HULL - Tyler Fortson Moon, 14 died Friday, April 08, 2011.
Tyler was born on September 5, 1996, the son of Mike Moon and Lee Burroughs in Athens. Tyler was a student at Madison County Middle School, where he was on the football and baseball team and honor roll student, as well as a member of the FCA. He will always be remembered for his work ethic and his willingness to help others no matter what, as well as his work with ESP. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and had a love for hunting and fishing.
Tyler is survived by his parents, Lee and Donnie Burroughs, Hull; Mike Moon and Michelle Trossevin, Hull; sisters, Gracie Lee Moon and Presley Burroughs; a brother, D.J. Burroughs; grandparents, Lane and Rita Fortson Collins, Hull, David R. and Paula Davis, Charleston S.C., William Moon, Laurel, Md., Beatrix Muller, Wilmington N.C., and Darrell and Beth Wages, Colbert, Kevin James Coughlin, Wilmington N.C.; great-grandmother, Helen Fortson, Hull; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 11, from 4 to 8 p.m. with funeral services on Tuesday, April 12, at Lord and Stephens Danielsville Chapel at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Randy Crowe officiating. The Athens Clarke County Fire Department Honor Guard will serve as pallbearers and the Madison County Middle School football team will serve as honorary pallbearers.

our people who have passed will be missed but are in a better place ..i hate to see people go but i would rather that than them to suffer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!country chick 2011 god bless
