COMMERCE – Eunie Mae “Doodle” Moore, 87, died Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at Athens Regional Medical Center.

Born in Banks County, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Kate Trotter Pope. She was retired from Blue Bell. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Moore.

Survivors include a daughter, Katie (Clark) Sexton, Hull; grandchildren, Melissa Sexton Davis and Sherry Sexton Marston; great-grandchildren, Julia Davis, Jeremy Davis, John David Marston and Amelia Marston; and a niece, Janice Morris.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 2, at 11 a.m., from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Revs. Allen Seagraves and Jim Carpenter officiating. Burial will be in Howington Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, April 1, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
