DANIELSVILLE – Billy Tom Gaddis Sr., 54, died Wednesday, March 23, 2011.
Born in Clarke County on November 8, 1956, he was the son of the late Howard “Bo” Gaddis Sr. and Mary Hunsinger Gaddis. He was a millworker having worked with Over Head Door and was a member of the Macedonia Holiness Church. Mr. Gaddis was preceded in death by a grandson, Julian Clark; brother, Michael Gaddis; and sister, Peggy Dowell-Barber.
Survivors include his wife, Tonia Dove Gaddis, Danielsville; daughters, Judy Clark, Hull, and Elizabeth Burgess, Commerce; sons, Bill Tom Gaddis Jr., Hull, Bradley Gaddis and Michael Gaddis, both of Danielsville; brothers, Howard Gaddis, Colbert, George Gaddis, Ila, and Greg Gaddis, Carlton; sisters, Becky Anglin, Danielsville, Donna Hunsinger, Comer, and Wanda Callaway, Carlton; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 26, at 2 p.m., at the Macedonia Holiness Church with the Revs. Coy Finch and William Anglin officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body is at the funeral home where the family will receive friends Friday, March 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. The body will be placed in the church at 1:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon. The family is at the home.
