COMMERCE – Edna Myrtle David, 86, died Monday, March 7, 2011, at the BJC Nursing Home.
Born in Commerce, she was the daughter of the late Selma White Mayfield. She was a member of the Warren Chapel United Methodist Church and was retired from BJC Medical Center.
Survivors include daughters, Edna Bonds, Linda David and Vanessa Hamrick, all of Commerce; sons, sons, George David and Charles David, both of Athens, and Randy David, Commerce; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 12, at 2 p.m., from the Warren Chapel United Methodist Church with the Revs. Jerry David and DiBartolo officiating. Burial will be in the Commerce Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, March 11, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
