Inez Rogers (3-5-11)

HULL – Inez Nation Rogers, 60, died Saturday, March 5, 2011.

Born in Oglethorpe County, she was the daughter of Margie Martin Nation and the late William Walter Nation. She was an agent with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty and a member of Word of Life Congregational Holiness Church.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, Henry J. Rogers; daughters, Jennifer Rogers Crawford and Robin Rogers Miller (Lawrence); a sister, Betty Bullock; brothers, Roy Cecil Nation and Herman Nation (Patsy); grandchildren, Lauren, Kayla, Elana, Kyle, Kelsey and Anna Beth; great-grandson, Brantley; mother-in-law, Laura Nell Rogers; brother-in-law, Billy Joel Rogers; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 7, at 2 p.m., from Word of Life Congregational Holiness Church with the Revs. Herman Nation and Carlton Shelton officiating. Burial will be in Welcome Avenue Holiness Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Charles Tucker, Billy Rogers, Kyle Crawford, Christopher Heider, Matt Russell and Charlie Upchurch.

Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, East, Athens, is in charge of arrangements.
