Margo Moon

COMER – Margo Mullins Moon, 36, died Friday, January 28, 2011.

A native of Athens, she was the daughter of James (Pam) Mullins and Nancy (Bill) Jervis. She was a member of Hull Baptist Church. Mrs. Moon was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Guy and Hazel Mullins; and a cousin, Dixie Adair.

Survivors in addition to her parents include a daughter, Megan Moon (Justin Sorrow); maternal grandparents, George and Margaret Adair, Hull; sister, Ashley Mullins, Comer; grandchildren, Braxton Sorrow and Bryson Sorrow; and stepbrothers, Darren Jervis and Peter Jervis.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, January 30, at 3 p.m., from Hull Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Randy Crowe officiating. Pallbearers will be Danny Erwin, Cory Adair, Steve Bates, Tim Brewer, Jason Collins, Rob Paden, Dennis Adams and Andy Dixon. Honorary pallbearers will be Darren Jervis, Peter Jervis and T.W. Shelton. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 29, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Flowers will be accepted. Memorials may be made to the Hull Baptist Church Benevolence Fund.

Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.
