JEFFERSON – Clyde Roosevelt Boutwell, II, 52, died Saturday, January 15, 2011, following a long extended illness.

He was the son of Betty Hensley Boutwell of Jefferson and the late Clyde Boutwell Sr.

Survivors in addition to his mother include a daughter, Cree Boyechko, Taiwan; brother, Charles Boutwell, Jefferson; three sisters, Cathy Ashley, Commerce, Barbara Nigreville and Cynthia Roy, both of Jefferson; nieces, Lori Scoggins, Cumming, Kristi Nigreville and Erica Lemus, both of Jefferson, Amy Nigreville, Pennsylvania, Emily Roy, Jefferson; and one nephew, Tyler Roy, Jefferson.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
