BRASELTON – Leon Peter Kull, 86, died Saturday, January 8, 2011.
He was a United States Navy Veteran having served in World War II, and a member of the VFW Post 4706 and the USS LCI National Association. He loved his family and loved to hunt and fish.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Kathy Kull, Braselton; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Robert Kent, Loganville, Anne and Ron Adams, Lawrenceville, Terry Heath, Loganville; brother and sister-in-law, Eugene and Mary Alice McVey, Delaware; grandchildren, Axel Almgren, Michelle Mathis and husband Mike, Kyle Heath, Raechel Kull, Lee Pierce, Steven Kent, Kevin Kent, Jamie Kull, Ronnie Adams; great-grandchildren, Tiffany Mathis, Emily Jones, Desiree Almgren; great-great-grandchild, Justin Walker; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 16, at 7 p.m. from Lawson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, January 16, from 5 to 8 p.m.
