Barrow County has lost a hero of WW II. Fought in The Battle of the Bulge and helped in the liberation of Mauthausen Concentration Camp (Austria). Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Good Conduct Ribbon, among other recognitions. A kind and humble man. I salute you Uncle Bud! Your nephew, Scott Patrick
