MONROE - Rubye Garrison Edmondson, 92, died Tuesday, November 16, 2010.
Born in Cornelia on April 7, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Aden Allen Garrison and the late Nancy Ivie Garrison. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Judge Hoke Edmondson.
Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Gwen and Dan Saxton, Winder, and Brenda Mobley, Monroe; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 20, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Malcom officiating. Burial will be in the Hill Haven Cemetery.
Meadows Funeral Home, Inc., Monroe, is in charge of arrangements.
