LILBURN – E.B. “Mac” McCoy, 88, died Monday, November 15, 2010.
He was the son of the late A.B. and Lily Eubanks McCoy of Banks County. He was a retired truck driver with Transus in Atlanta, was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Atlanta, and attended Mountain Park First Baptist Church in Lilburn. He was a World War II United States Army veteran. Mr. McCoy was preceded in death a brother, Bill McCoy of Cornelia.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Jean M. McCoy, Lilburn; sons, Kenneth McCoy, Senoia, Stephen W. McCoy, Blairsville, Randal S. McCoy, John J. McCoy, both of Stone Mountain; brother, Bob McCoy, Mt. Airy; sisters, Lucille Wheeler, Alto, Sue Dobbins, Ringgold; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 17, from the Snellville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with the Rev. Doug Cox officiating. Burial was in Snellville Historical Cemetery.

Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Snellville Chapel, was in charge of arrangements.
