Mason Dean Braswell, age 7 years and 13 days, entered into Heaven on Wednesday, November 17, 2010. His family is quite certain that Michael and Gabriel have been replaced at the gates and that Mason will now be the official greeter there, just as he was on this earth.
Left behind to cherish every memory of him are his devoted parents, Kevin and Ashley Braswell, his precious baby sister, Maggie, of Maysville; grandparents, Annette Bowen, Hoschton, Mike and Linda Kilgore, Hoschton, and Linda Braswell, Dacula. Uncles are Daniel Kilgore, and special friend, Nichole Kriener, Atlanta and Bobby Braswell, Dacula. Great-grandparents are Jean Braswell, Lawrenceville, Maxie Lord, Dacula, and Jean Kilgore, Hoschton, as well as a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins, extended family, and many special friends. In addition to his family, there are literally thousands of people who had the privilege of calling Mason their friend.
He loved life, and never met a person who didn’t get that sweet smile and a good word. Imagine an entire life lived with a pure heart; imagine an entire life lived with not one single enemy; imagine an entire life lived with a smile for every person you meet; imagine an entire life lived without complaining, even though the most basic tasks required enormous effort; imagine an entire life lived with no envy; imagine an entire life lived with no malicious thoughts toward another person; imagine an entire life lived with enthusiasm and zeal; imagine living an entire life surrounded by the love of parents who made it their mission to give you the best possible life. If you can imagine all this, you have a small glimpse into the life of this precious child. He was loved beyond measure.
