WINDER – Novean Perkins, 91, died Monday, November 15, 2010.
Born in Winder, Barrow County, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Ann Kellum Griffeth. She was retired from Carwood Manufacturing after 43 plus years. Mrs. Perkins was preceded in death by a brother, Grover Griffeth.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Jo and Travis Taylor, Folkston; grandchildren, Keith and Brandi Taylor and Mr. Kelly Taylor; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, November 18, at 2:30 p.m., with the Rev. John Burchfield officiating. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, November 17, from 5 to 8 p.m.
