Barbara Wise

DALLAS – Barbara Tregellas Wise, 78, died Thursday, November 11, 2010.

Born in Clarksburg, W. Va., she lived most of his life in Georgia. She was of the Methodist denomination attending the St. John United Methodist Church and the Faith United Methodist Church. Mrs. Wise was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Wise.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Pat Atkinson and Susan Wise, both of Dallas, Carolyn and Bill Copeland, Dubois, Wyo., Sharon and Lou Wendel, Smyrna; grandchildren, Lindsay and Riley Copeland and Rachel Wendel; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Sunday, November 14, from the chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with the Rev. Joey Hatchel officiating. Burial was Monday, November 15, at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery in Baldwin.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, the Juvenile Diabetes Fund, the Alzheimer’s Association, or Weimaraner Foundation Fund.

West Cobb Funeral Home, Marietta, was in charge of arrangements.
