PENDERGRASS – Thelma Clarice Robarts, 95, died Wednesday, November 3, 2010.
Born on September 8, 1915 in Bartow, Fla., she was the daughter of the late Volney Gettis and Laura Luna Lamb Parker. She was a member of Mt. Creek Baptist Church and was a clerk for a pharmacy. Mrs. Robarts was preceded in death by her husband, William Ralph Robarts Sr.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Rose Robarts and Ken and Mary Robarts, all of Carnesville; grandchildren, Donna Robarts, Weirsdale, Fla. and Bill Robarts III, Plant City, Fla.; four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 6, at Mt. Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Bob Williams officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, was in charge of arrangements.
