HULL – Morgan Claude Barrett, 68, died Sunday, October 24, 2010, at his residence.
Born in Nicholson, he was the son of the late Grady and Lola Robinson Barrett. He was in the logging business. Mr. Barrett was preceded in death by a son, James Barrett.
Survivors include his wife, Lula Livine Nations Barrett, Hull; daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and Rex Coker, Hull; grandson, Nathan Coker; brothers, Junior Barrett, Colbert, Billy Barrett, Gainesville, and J.C. Barrett, Commerce; sisters, Joyce Aikens, Gainesville, Juanita Dalton, Colbert, Bonnie Huth, Hull, and Geraldine Barrett, Nicholson.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 26, at 2 p.m., from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Dillard officiating. Burial will be at Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday night from 6 to 8 p.m.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
